how does speed dating work?

The night has arrived! Go to the venue at the published start time. One of our speed dating hosts will warmly greet you and give you a complimentary drink voucher.

Fresh and delicious canapes will be served and you'll have the chance to mingle with some other speed daters before the event officially kicks off.

 
After being shown to your table, the men will remain in their seats for the duration of the event while the women move from guy to guy every 7 minutes (research shows that there is an increase in the number of matches if the women move rather than the men at these singles events)!

After each speed date, simply tick the people you'd like to see again on your MatchCard (it's helpful to jot down any notes about your date in the 'Comments' section on the right hand side so you remember a little about them later on - this is yours to take home).

There will be a brief break halfway through the night. At the end of the event, hand in your MatchCard to your host and we'll take care of the rest.

You'll be notified via email within 24 hours of the event ending - updating you on your results and providing contact details for those who you've selected, who have also selected you.

Feel free to mingle after the dating is officially over. There is a full bar available.
