refund policy
1) You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least two weeks prior to the event. Cancellations must be received via email at info@quickconnections.com.au.
2) You will receive a 50% refund if you cancel at least one week prior to the event. Cancellations must be received via email at info@quickconnections.com.au. If you cancel more than one week prior to the event, you may request a transfer to another event. For any cancellations after this time, no event transfers will be given.
4) You will not receive any refund or credit if you cancel less than one week prior to the event; fail to show up for an event; or if you are dissatisfied with the quality of participants at the event.
5) You may find a replacement if you cannot attend an event but:
a) we require written notification at least 48 hours prior to the event; and
b) your replacement must be of the same sex and age group; and
c) your replacement must be single
d) your replacement must fill out a profile, either online or prior to the beginning of the event.
6) If you pay after we have sold out, we will transfer you to another future event. There will be no refund or partial refund.
