1) Quick Connections does not take responsibility for doing any background screening on your behalf. We hope that people will be honest when filling out their profiles but we cannot be liable for the accuracy of this information. Be careful. Be smart.

2) Quick Connections reserves the right to refuse or accept a reservation or admission at our discretion. Any individual who does not conduct themselves in an appropriate manner or who has not followed the rules will be asked to leave.

3) Quick Connections makes no guarantees or promises in regard to the quantity or quality of people you may meet through our events. We do our best to ensure that you will meet 12 people in your preferred age group on the night, but do not guarantee that there will be 12 at every event, nor do we guarantee the number of matches you receive.

5) Every attempt will be made to coordinate events which bring together people of similar age, however Quick Connections may, at its discretion and without notice, combine or change configurations to facilitate an event.

6) Places at an event will be allocated on a 'first come, first served' system. A maximum of 12 men and 12 women in each age group can participate at each event. If an event for a certain night is over or under-subscribed, an alternate event will be arranged and you will be notified by email of the new date. Your credit card will not be debited until your place at one of our events is confirmed.

7) Quick Connections cannot be held responsible for the actions of any person that you may meet through one of our events. We take no responsibility for the actions of participants at or after a Quick Connections event.

8) Quick Connections reserves the right to use any photos taken at any of our events for advertising or promotional purposes. If you would prefer to not be photographed or filmed, please advise the cameraman.

9) At the end of the event, Quick Connections will collate all MatchCards and pass on email addresses for only those couples who have both expressed an interest in meeting each other again. All other information will remain private and confidential.

10) If you think we have made an error with your MatchCard, there is a $20 fee for us to double check your Matchcard, scan it and email it to you. If the error lies with us, we will gladly refund your money.

11) Acceptance of these terms and conditions gives Quick Connections permission to contact you occasionally with invitations, special offers, information and surveys for any products, services or sponsorships which Quick Connections has negotiated on behalf of its members.
